Megan S.

Megan grew up in Folsom and attended Folsom High School where she was on the swim team. She found a love for fitness after having her second boy and the rest is history!


Megan is a certified Turbokick, PiYo, Insanity, and Cycle instructor.

Megan T.

Megan is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor with an emphasis on strength and fluidity. She has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2016. She is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance upon receiving her training from Cori Martinez in 2016.


She is also a licensed Unnata ® Aerial Yoga instructor, obtaining her certification from founder Michelle Dortignac in 2018. She is heavily influenced by her ten-year dance instructor background and applies the art of grace and stability into her yoga teachings.

Kelly H.


Kelly, originally from San Jose California, has trained in all styles of dance for
the last 25 years, and has taught all techniques for the last 12 years. She has
choreographed for competition teams, dance companies, and Musicals from the West Coast to as far as Hong Kong. She worked for both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Lines as a featured vocalist from 2010-2015, and is thankful she had the opportunity to travel the world!


Kelly holds a BA in Dance from San Jose State University and is also the proud CEO of her own ecommerce business Sassy Squirrel Ink.


Kelly loves new physical challenges and helping clients discover what the body is capable of. She loves to have a good time while making it the hardest and best workout you’ll ever do!


Lyndsay M.

As a mom of four, with a fifth on the way, Lyndsay finds her sanity in all things fitness related.  She is a Certified Group Exercise and Barre Instructor. She also holds multiple certifications in Cycling, which is her number one passion.  She loves getting lost in the beat of the music while sweating it out on a bike.


Besides being a mother, her proudest accomplishments include completing two full marathons, dozens of ½ marathons, and most recently, swimming Alcatraz when her triplets were just 9 months old.


Lyndsay believes in doing what you love and finding time for yourself.  One of her mottos in life is “Take care of you, so you can take care of them.”

Rachael M.

Raised in Sacramento, she grew up swimming.  On the swim team throughout childhood until college, she played water polo in high school, and even coached for a time.  Rachael has always had a passion for movement whether it was swim, dance, hiking, fitness classes, or yoga.  She's been practicing yoga for 11 years and loves how beneficial it is to all parts of life. She turns to yoga for grounding, empowerment, peace of mind, and for a great workout. 


Rachael started teaching yoga to share her passion for the practice and show that yoga is for everyone and every body type. She is also a mom to a wild little toddler and loves treating each day like a new adventure.  In her free time she loves spending time with family, cooking, reading, traveling, and generally being in nature.


Stacy M.

I am an avid health and body enthusiast who started this lifestyle after having my first child and weighing over 180lbs. I have set and accomplished goals, competed in a Figure Competition and placing first, participated in a Sprint Triathlon, a Duathlon, ran a half marathon every month for a year, completed a marathon, cycled many Centuries (100 miles) and have become a Certified Group Ex instructor, a Certified Cycling Instructor, and most recently a Barre Certified Instructor. It is through these activities that I have learned about proper training, nutrition, coaching and educating, and all the struggles along the way.

Sonia L.

Sonia is dance and fitness instructor from Sacramento. Shortly after graduating from high school, she began to look for new and exciting ways to stay fit and quickly found a love for barre. 


When she’s not teaching, Sonia enjoys relaxing at the beach, snowboarding in Tahoe, and traveling to new places. Her favorite part about teaching barre is seeing clients have fun in her class all while reaching their health goals!


Amanda P.

Amanda is originally from Oregon and began her journey with dance back in 2004. She continued her fitness journey into adulthood while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Amanda has a strong belief in the connection between physical fitness and mental health. Naturally when Amanda found Buti Yoga in 2017, she was drawn in by the unique focus on body positivity, self-love and mental transformation in relation to fitness.

Outside of fitness, Amanda can never turn down a good movie theatre outing, Reese’s peanut butter cups, or snuggles from her pup.


Larraine R.

Larraine is a RYT-200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor, a certified Children's Yoga instructor-RCYT, and a certified Buti Yoga instructor. Her yoga journey began as a result of missing her high school and college dance days. Movement is medicine! After marrying her high school sweetheart, having two children, and listening to the call for her path in life, she decided to get her Yoga certification in 2017.


Larraine enjoys being in the elements and spending time in nature. She will often use the elements as a guide for her classes. She is a strong believer in nurturing connection and honoring your body.


She looks forward to connecting with you and guiding you in your yoga journey, and owning your strength. Step into your power!
